- You may only upload content you own or have permission to use and post.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited license to store, process, cut and post it only to provide the service to you.
- You decide what gets posted. You set or approve each clip's title, description and visibility, and you are responsible for following each platform's rules.
Not allowed
- Infringing copyrights or other rights.
- Spam, buying or faking views, likes or subscribers, or any attempt to manipulate platform metrics.
- Illegal, abusive or harmful content.
- Interfering with Shardcut, YouTube or other platforms.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Third-party programs
If you join creator reward or clipping programs run by others, those programs set their own rules and payouts. Shardcut is not a party to them and does not pay for views.
Fees
Early access is free unless we tell you otherwise. Any paid plan will show its price before you are charged.
Ending service
You can stop using Shardcut and delete your data at any time. We may end or change the service with notice where reasonable.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
